- How can I use my certificate today?
- If digital delivery is available, you can print your certificate and use it today. Some WSBT Deals offers will be available only for pick-up at the WSBT-TV station located at 300 West Jefferson Boulevard in South Bend, Indiana. Pick-up of these gift cards is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the reception desk.
- How long will it take to get the certificates?
- Some certificates will be available via immediate digital delivery. Deals that are not available by digital delivery will have specific instructions indicating the method of delivery (available for pick-up at the WSBT station or delivery through the mail).
- I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
- Please wait at least 5 days before contacting us regarding a certificate that is being mailed.
- I received an email confirmation and order confirmation number. Do I need this?
- For each order, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique confirmation number. This is your receipt showing your paid transaction. If you have a problem with your order, this receipt provides all of the tracking information necessary to identify your purchase.
- What happened to the shipping charges I used to pay when purchasing a WSBT Deals offer?
- We have eliminated shipping charges since the primary method of gift certificate delivery is digital.
- What if could not print my certificates?
- Email WSBT Deals at wsbtdeals@wsbt.com to receive so that we can reprint your certificate(s) and mail them to you or hold them for you to pick-up at WSBT-TV.
- What if I redeem my certificate more than once?
- Each certificate is limited to a single use. If you redeem a certificate more than one time, tracking information will show the previous redemption in addition to the second unathorized attempt of redemption. If a second copy of a certificate is redeemed, but has not been purchased through our online store, your credit card will be charged for this second redemption. If repeated misuse of the digital delivery system occurs, violators will be blocked permanently from purchasing from the WSBT Deals store and prosecuted.
