THEFT OR LOSS
WSBT Deals is not responsible for theft or loss of stolen gift certificates that have not been redeemed.

BUSINESS CLOSINGS
WSBT Deals, Schurz Communications Inc. / WSBT-TV are not responsible if an establishment closes after a purchase is made.   Refunds, exchanges and replacements will not be offered.

DELIVERY
Product purchases made on this site will be delivered digitally for most gift certificates. If pick-up of certificates is available, this will be specifically noted on the particular WSBT Deal. Please allow 5 days delivery for any certificate being mailed.

AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY
Prices, offers and services listed on WSBT Deals are subject to change without advance notice. WSBT Deals offers do not constitute an endorsesement from WSBT TV or Schurz Communications of the featured products or services. In the event that a product or service is incorrectly priced, WSBT Deals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product or service offers at the incorrect price, even if the order has been successfully completed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WSBT Deals will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price, and notify you of this transaction.

REDEMPTION AND MISUSE OF REDEMPTION
WSBT Deals will provide digital delivery of various offers when available. Certificates which are provided for printing via digital delivery are good for a single redemption only. Redemption of certificates is carefully tracked. If a certificate is redeemed at a vendor more one time and this certificate was not purchased and authorized as a WSBT Deals purchase, WSBT Deals reserves the right to bill the credit card responsible for the charges of the original single purchase for each subsequent unauthorized certificate redemption.

If misuse occurs, WSBT Deals reserves the right to charge the full retail price, not the sale price featured in WSBT Deals, of each subsequent unathorized certificate redemption. Repeated misuse of the digital delivery system will result in immediate suspension of WSBT Deals account privileges.

Anyone who fraudulently copies and/or presents a ticket or gift certificate to any establishment for use will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
